DDaniel Robles leads acquisitions, investment strategy, capital formation and operations at American Leisure Properties, with a focus on disciplined capital allocation, hands-on asset management and operational execution across the company’s portfolio. His work centers on sourcing investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions and partnering closely with on-the-ground teams to enhance performance, elevate the customer experience and drive long-term value creation.
 
Daniel’s experience spans principal investing, asset management, development and operations within hospitality and leisure real estate. Prior to forming American Leisure, he spent five years as a management consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), where he helped expand the firm’s leisure and marina-related real estate advisory work across the United States, Caribbean and Latin America.
 
An avid outdoorsman, Daniel spends much of his time on the water, fishing and diving throughout the Florida Keys, which has helped shape his long-term vision for the company and its focus on coastal and destination markets.
 
Daniel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and is based in Key West, Florida.
