Dave has been in the industry over 30 years and has built a legacy of entrepreneurial success. Having co-founded three major MH/RV businesses, he's played a pivotal role in the ownership and operation of over 220 properties, comprising 70,000+ MH/RV sites, and 1,500+ marina slips. Notably, as Principal and CEO of his prior ventures, Napp orchestrated the strategic dispositions of Encore Communities and Carefree Communities to industry giants Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) and Sun Communities, respectively. His multifaceted expertise spans acquisitions, debt financing, strategic planning, investor and lender relations, community and site development and home sales.
