Building Relationships from the Ground Up: Welcoming a New Regional Manager in the Florida Keys
Ms. Clement brings more than 30 years of experience from Mariott International, where she built a career defined by service excellence, team leadership and operational rigor. Her background spans complex, guest-centric environments – experience that translates seamlessly into managing Manufactured Home Communities.
Of equal measure – Ms. Clement is local to the Florida Keys. Alongside her decades of hospitality leadership, her local insight allows her to build relationships with residents and anticipate their needs as an authentic part of day-to-day community life.
“Relationships are the foundation of great communities,” says Ms. Clement, “My focus is on creating a consistent, service-oriented approach at the property level that benefits residents and provides us with great insight as the company builds its portfolio.”
In her role at American Leisure, Ms. Clement is responsible for onsite operations at the Sunset Harbor, Ocean Breeze and The Hideaway communities, serving as a consistent point of contact for residents while implementing the company’s standards for safety, service and operational excellence.
Ms. Clement’s appointment reflects American Leisure’s broader vision for decentralized customer service, placing decision-making and care within the communities themselves. This model supports personal service without sacrificing consistency. Residents reap the benefits of the coastal lifestyle they seek, enhanced by attentive, high-touch service that reflects a true hosts-first mindset.
The American Leisure team is thrilled to attract a professional of Ms. Clements’ caliber and is confident it’s a signal of the company’s culture, growth trajectory and ability to deliver best-in-class leisure experiences.
“We’re grateful she chose to join us for the next chapter of her career,” says Partner, Daniel Robles. “Her leadership strengthens our communities and sets a foundation for how we scale our operations.”
